We are licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. In order to ensure there has been no infringement as to agency relationships it is not recommended to use other agents at the same time when looking for a home. Your time is our time! Remember our services our free, when looking for a home we will only be paid when the home is found and closed. The seller, in most cases, pays for the agents’ compensation.
